# Find any tab in two letters.

Press one shortcut and every open tab appears in one grid, across all your windows. Type two letters and press Return.

## Every tab, the way you think

Arrange the grid by window, by Chrome tab group or by site. Recent puts the tabs you used last first, without changing their order in Chrome. Choose one of five card sizes, or leave it on Auto.

- Page pictures are optional. Without them, each card shows the site icon and title
- Name a window so you can tell your work from your holiday plans
- Collapse Chrome tab groups right in the grid

## One search for everything

Just start typing. One search covers your open tabs, saved pages and closed tabs, and your history if you add it, with the web one key away. It takes about 0.01 seconds across your tabs, 20,000 bookmarks and 5,000 closed pages. [See how we measured it](https://taboverview.com/speed).

- No clicking first: the search box is already listening
- Results narrow down with every letter
- Return goes to the tab, Esc goes back to where you were

## Peek before you go

Move to a result with the arrow keys and press Space. The real page opens in a read-only frame, so you can check it’s the right one. Press Space to close it, or Return to go there.

- Nothing loads while you type or move through results
- Chrome asks for site access the first time. If you decline, search works as before
- A peek is a real visit to that site, so it only happens when you press Space

Press the shortcut twice to jump back to the tab you just left. Option 1, 2 and 3 on a Mac, or Alt 1, 2 and 3 elsewhere, switch between Tabs, Saved and Home.
